Payment
Payment is due at time of service. In the office – Snapscan (a facility where you can pay with your smart phone) or cash are accepted. EFT payments are also accepted.
Snapscan: Visist www.getsnapscan.com to download the app free of charge on your phone. Complete the registration. We can email you the practice code to register Cornelia Swart Psychological services on your phone as a service provider. You can then make quick and efficient payments after each session by using your pin to confirm the transaction.
E-counselling services are paid through EFT.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify therapist within 24 hours if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment. If you do not provide notice within 24 hours, you will be required to pay 75% of the session rate as this time is set aside specifically for you. If you arrive late for an appointment you will be charged for the full session.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your insurance coverage carefully prior to beginning sessions as it is your responsibility to determine if your insurance company will cover the cost of services and to know how to do so. Take note though that I do not claim from the medical aids. You pay the practice and claim back from your insurance yourself.
